There is more to balancing a turbocharger than JUST balancing a Turbocharger.
If you take a look at the photo, you can see the detailed information our system gives us of your turbo in action during the balance and testing process.
You will of course see the balance data, BUT you will also AND MORE IMPORTANTLY see the “Heart Beat” of the turbocharger as it spins.
See the up and down jagged graph (yellow arrow).
That heartbeat denotes what is going on with the turbocharger as it revolves. Our system of testing and balancing and the ability to interpret the data that our system gives you is what sets us apart from most builders that only have analog needle type or simple “grams off balance” systems.
With our system you can even see a bearing that is sticking or not quite correct etc… That heartbeat will look different and the up and down movement will be much more aggressive. Regular needle and analog or simple digital balancers can’t give you this VERY IMPORTANT information.
